I saw a pair of Red Kites flying over the area of Bennetts End, Apsley over the week end 29th and 30th June. Amazing site to see these beautiful, graceful birds and privileged to witness the sounds they make.
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear! We certainly are very lucky to have these wonderful birds around our town. I see them from my office at Corner Hall most days over the Boxmoor / Corner Hall / Two Waters / Apsley area & will never get bored of seeing them. It's great to see them within the urban area & am pleased to say they are breeding very close to the town.
