The Dawn of a New Era...

So I've been thinking for a while about writing a birding related blog.
  • One - It's a easy way to record my sightings & look back at them later, which I often become lazy at.
  • Two - It's a good way to share my findings with others, who may also wish to see what I saw.
  • Three - I can put some of my photos to use & they can viewed by others & used for IDs.
  • Four - It gives me something to do when I can't sleep, other than watching South Park.
So here it is...

I think it pretty much speaks for itself what it's about, so until my first proper post I'll leave you with this photo, looking over a misty Gadebridge Park at dawn, taken when beginning a journey going birding, now it represents beginning my journey into blogging, & the dawn of an era...

Was that dramatic enough for you? Okay, lets just get on with it.
